1. Scope

This policy applies to the habitushealth.app website (the “Website”) operated by Habitus Health Corporation (the “Company”) and to email communications sent by the Company from addresses at the habitushealth.app domain, such as contact@habitushealth.app, support@habitushealth.app, and noreply@habitushealth.app. Where an individual service provided by the Company (such as a mobile application) has its own privacy policy, that policy takes precedence for that service.

2. What we collect and how

• When you contact us directly (for example by email): your email address, your name if provided, and the content of your message.
• When you agree to receive updates from the Company: your email address.

The Website itself uses no cookies and no analytics tools, and collects no personal data from mere visits.

3. Purposes of use

• Responding to and following up on inquiries.
• Service-related notices (changes, security notices, and similar).
• Sending news and promotional updates, only where you have given prior consent.

4. Retention

Personal data is deleted without delay once the purpose of collection is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless a retention obligation under applicable law requires otherwise.

The Company does not provide personal data to third parties, except where required by law.

6. Processing on our behalf

The Company entrusts the following processing to service providers: Amazon Web Services, Inc. (email delivery systems and cloud infrastructure). Where a cross-border transfer of personal data occurs, the Company follows the procedures required by applicable law, including notice and consent.

7. Promotional email and opting out

Promotional email is sent only to recipients who have given prior consent. Every promotional email includes an unsubscribe method. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to contact@habitushealth.app or support@habitushealth.app, and the Company will stop sending without delay.

8. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal data by writing to privacy@habitushealth.app. The Company will act without delay in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children

The Company does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14.
